Who is Mandatfeed made for?
For brokerages in the commercial and investment segment in Switzerland - retail spaces, offices, investment properties - from the sole broker to the firm with several offices. Residential brokers can use it too; the fields and reports, however, are built for commercial work.
What happens to our existing data?
Contacts, mandates, search profiles and documents can be imported from Excel or your current software. We help with the move - it is part of the price. And you get everything back at any time: export to Excel, CSV, PDF, also after the end.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Switzerland, operated by IT Hub GmbH in Zurich. Every firm is strictly separated - its own address, its own users, its own data. No detour through foreign networks.
What does it cost, and what is included?
One price per user and month, everything included - contacts, mandates, search profiles, documents, reports, newsletters, feeds to the portals. No modules, no minimum term, cancel monthly. The trial is free, no credit card; the current price is on the pricing page.
How do our properties get onto the portals?
Via SwissRETS, the Swiss standard for property listings. Mandatfeed provides a document per feed that the portals fetch - Homegate and ImmoScout24 via CASAGATEWAY, Fundort directly, and any other portal that reads SwissRETS. You decide per property whether and into which feed it goes; nothing leaves by itself.
Is there anything to install?
No. Mandatfeed runs in the browser - at the desk, on the tablet, on the phone in front of the property. Sign in and work; updates arrive by themselves.
